AI & Aviation Data Migration Specialist

We’re supporting a consultancy client of ours working in the aviation leasing space delivering a data migration and digital transformation programme. This role combines strong aviation domain knowledge with AI-enabled document extraction and data validation, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure accurate, scalable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end aviation leasing data migration activities (structured + unstructured sources)
• Evaluate and improve AI-driven document extraction workflows (OCR / NLP / GenAI)
• Define data rules, validation logic, and quality checks for migrated datasets
• Review solution workflows, technical logic, and architecture with engineering teams
• Translate business requirements into clear technical assessments and recommendations
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive decisions and resolve data/process issues

Required Experience:

• Aviation leasing expertise (leases, return conditions, maintenance reserves, covenants, delivery/redelivery)
• Familiarity with aircraft asset identifiers (MSN, MTOW, engine types)
• Document data extraction experience (OCR, NLP, GenAI) and data validation
• Azure + Microsoft stack exposure (.NET / C# / SQL)
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting mindset, and communication skills
